In a competitive society which is inappropriately commercialized, the values of human relationships seem to be vaporizing and its smallest unit, the family has been unable to cope with its consequences. As a result, the relationship among parent, child, youth and adult which builds up a family has been separated far apart like the earth and the sky. Is there a horizon which connects the earth and the sky? “Thurya”……. is a poem which recites about the horizon of close human relationships that are independent of age and class which could suitably face the challenge of commercialization of the society.
